Ms. Georgia Bonton is both a litigator and corporate attorney whose practice encompasses business law, intellectual property, civil litigation and family law. Having been in practice for eighteen years, Ms. Bonton utilizes her in-depth experience to provide her clients with a full range of legal services. Ms. Bonton has a proven record of helping clients negotiate and execute consultant agreements, distribution agreements, commercial lease agreements, installation, non-disclosure and non-compete agreements as well as vendor and supplier agreements. Having worked in-house for Sony Entertainment, EarthLink and McKesson Provider Solutions, Ms. Bonton has developed an expertise in drafting as well as negotiating software development and licensing agreements, co-promotion and marketing arrangements as well as e-commerce agreements. As a litigator, Ms. Bonton has successfully represented her clients in civil suits for breach of contract, interference with business relations, unfair competition, nonpayment of royalties and trademark infringement. In Superior Court/Family Court Ms. Bonton has obtained favorable final judgments for her clients. Orders obtained include child custody modifications, marital debt allocations, money judgements for child support arrears and modification of child support obligations.
